System Restore not working on Vista
I have discovered that VSS is something to do with Volume Shadow Copy Service (whatever that is). If I double click the error I'm told that the Volume Shadow to load CoCreateInstance (again, whatever that is!). The Error Category shows as 'NONE' and the Event Number is '8193'. What's going on and how do I stop it?

The OfficeScan config console won't let me exclude this directory, and volume shadow copy isn't even turned on.
